Biography

Jingliang Zhang received his PhD from Xi’an University of Electronic Science and Technology in 2008. He received his master’s degree from Shaanxi Normal University in 1999. He received his bachelor’s degree from Shandong Normal University in 1996. He is now an associate professor at Ocean University of China’s Haide College. His research interests include cryptographic theory, methods of teaching college mathematics.
