Biography

Nicola Scalabrino (nicola.scalabrino@iit.cnr.it) received Laurea and Master’s degrees from the University of Pisa, Italy, both in 2004. During his Ph.D. path at the University of Pisa he cooperated with both the Institute of Informatic and Telematic (lIT) of the Italian National Research Council (CNR) and the CREATE-NET research center in Trento. His research interests focus on Wireless Networks with emphasis on MAC and routing protocols for IEEE 802.16 and Mesh Networks. Currently, he is working at a company called Thales.
