Biography

Li Yan (Member, IEEE) received the B.E. degree in communication engineering and the Ph.D. degree in communication and information systems from Southwest Jiaotong University, China, in 2012 and 2018, respectively, where she is an Associate Professor. She was a visiting student with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Florida, USA, from September 2017 to September 2018. Her research interests include 5G communications, mobility managements, network architecture, millimeter wave communications, and HSR wireless communications.
