Biography

Xuanheng Li (Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree in communication and information system from the Dalian University of Technology, Dalian, China, in 2018. From 2015 to 2017, he was a Visiting Scholar at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Florida. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Dalian University of Technology. His current research interests include dynamic spectrum sharing, UAV-assisted networks, mobile edge computing and caching, and cognitive communications. He was a recipient of the Best Paper Award at the IEEE Globecom 2015.
